If you are planning a family event, wish for a special day out to be captured (sure as kids playing in the Bluebell Woods in Spring!) or you are a trade consumer looking for professional coverage of a show or company event; rather than buying individual images a more cost effective solution may be to explore the book event coverage listed below for guidance.

Other pricing for individual digital downloads, prints, canvas, acrylic and metal prints are priced in the individual client gallery or album - where purchases can be made online safely and securely using Paypal.
Family or Private Events, Parties or gatherings
Whether a family gathering, a birthday party or even your child's football team's summer tournament. I am available to book to cover these must save memories.

Pricing is based on hours required and is set at:

£50 Non refundable deposit on booking
£50 for 1st hour
£40 per hour thereafter

A minimum 1 hour booking is required and time is rounded-up to the next full hour.

All Images will be supplied post editing, ready to use, share and print at your leisure within 1 week.

Images cannot be used for commercial or editorial use, such as advertising.

Commercial Shoots
& Trade Events
Are you hosting a trade show or other commercial event? Are you looking to capture the ambiance of the day? Then I'm your guy.
​
Pricing is usually based on hours required (a flat day rate can be agreed) and is set at:
​
£250 Non refundable deposit on booking.
£85 for 1st hour (Incl setup time)
£45 per hour thereafter

All editing time and hosting costs as factored into the above hourly rates. Editing typically takes twice the time as the actual event - so 8 hours photography can be approx. 16 editing time you don't see!

A minimum 3 hours booking is required and time is rounded-up to the next full hour. Where the shoot location is greater than 25 miles from BS1 then travel and accommodation (where required) will be quoted and agreed in advance unless supplied by the client. Payment is required in full where the booking is for greater than a 4 hour booking.

A typical single date, 9 hour day event with no travel costs = £695

As this booking relates to commercial photography (including head shots or trade shows), all images are free to use for both personal and commercial use (such as websites, posters and flyers)

Commercial Use & Stock Based Images
Images can be supplied under licence for Trade and Commercial Use - such as where intended use is to promote a business via social media advertising or print media, such as flyers, posters and banners.

I have a flat structure in place with no annual licensing fees. But this will vary depending on if you require bespoke images to be photographed (and if the shoot is funded) or if you are purchasing one of my 'stock' images for commercial use.

Image(s) must be used solely by the organisation or individual purchasing.
